Η μουσική αύρα ΜΟΥΣΙΚΗ της Μεσογείου σ΄ένα φεστιβάλ

ΜΟΥΣΙΚΗ Το Movement Radio, ο διαδικτυακός ραδιοφωνικός σταθμός με έδρα την Αθήνα, από τη Στέγη του Ιδρύματος Ωνάση, που εκπέμπει διαδικτυακά σε όλο τον κόσμο. Το Movement Radio παρουσιάζει τώρα το Mediterranean Futures, ανακαλύπτοντας τις ιδέες και τους ανθρώπους της Μεσογείου. 

Το Mediterranean Futures θα περιλαμβάνει μουσική από το ηχητικό τοπίο της μεσογειακής λεκάνης. Φουτουριστικό, bass, αποδομημένη club και hip-hop· παραδοσιακά ιδιώματα, αφιερώματα (στο αλγερινό rai, το μαροκινό gnawa, τον Pascal Comelade, τον Γιάννη Χρήστου και την Oum Kalthoum). Μουσική με καθημερινά mixes, μετά από αναθέσεις του φεστιβάλ, από μουσικούς και DJs (όπως οι Deena Abdelwahed, Azu Tiwaline, Bill Kouligas, Ice_Eyes, Muqata’a), μια συζήτηση με τον στοχαστή Iain Chambers πάνω στο εμβληματικό βιβλίο του Mediterranean Crossings (εκδ. Duke University Press).
